How I Stayed in Shape During Pregnancy. Recently, I had one of my followers ask about how I stayed in shape this pregnancy and thought it was a great topic for me to discuss. Last pregnancy, I gained almost 50 lbs, it took me a solid 4-6 months to get back into shape, that was working out 5-6 days per week of baby bootcamp and running. The only thing I was able to control was what I ate and thankfully I truly love fruits and veggies.
